Savage has taken the successful and dependable AXIS platform bolt-action rifles and assembled packages around the new AXIS II XP for out-of-the-box hunt-ready shooting at affordable prices.
The AXIS II XP rifles all feature Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger and 22-inch button-rifled carbon steel barrels. Four-round detachable box magazines and smooth bolt actions round out the sleek 43-inch design, which is available in a wide range of calibers. The list includes 22-250 Rem, .223, .243 Winchester, 30-06, .308, and more.
The packages include a boresighted Weaver KASPA 3-9x40mm scope already mounted and ready to go. The KASPA features a one-piece nitrogen purged tube, multi-coated lenses, and 1/4-inch MOA adjustments.
Additionally, youth models in black synthetic and Muddy Girl pink are available. They also feature the same 3-9x40mm Weaver KASPA scope. Both youth models have compact frames with overall lengths of 40 inches for smaller framed shooters and are chambered in .243 Winchester.
The Savage AXIS II XP has an MSRP of $489 ($525 for the Muddy Girl youth model.)
