In 2013, Safariland introduced the 7TS line of duty holsters constructed from the proprietary SafariSeven nylon blend from DuPont that is non-abrasive and extremely tolerant, keeping extreme high or low temperatures, water or moisture, or chemicals from affecting holster performance. The injection-molded 7TS holsters are very lightweight and work with all of Safariland’s holster mounting options.
New this year are models for Sig Sauer P220R/P226R, full sized and compact Sig P227, and the Sig P229R. Additionally, 7TS holsters for Glock 17/22 and Glock 19/23 with popular lights are also joining the lineup.
"With the sales growth in this series since they made their debut last year, there has been an evident demand for 7TS models for firearms with lights," said James Dawson, Category Director, Safariland Duty Gear. "We will be looking to satisfy the market with more fits for firearms with lights in the future.”
Six 7TS models for light-equipped Glock 17/22 and 19/23 accommodate the Streamlight TLR-1, ITI M3, and the Surefire X200, X300, or X300U lights. Nineteen new 7TS holsters for Sig Sauer pistols with or without rails are also being released.
New 7TS fits for the H&K P2000 and P30 will be available soon.
7TS holsters are available in both standard duty and concealment models in black and flat dark earth. Brown. They all feature Safariland’s ALS or SLS retention technology.
